Shipping & Delivery

You are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs and all shipping fees will include full insurance for damage and loss during shipping. All lead times are approximate and are not meant to be guarantees of completion or delivery dates.

Pieces will delivered using UPS Ground, or white glove freight.  (inside your home). If your new custom or bespoke furniture piece is to be delivered in our immediate area, we may elect to delivery and install personally.

We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment.

We ship most US orders of In Stock items to arrive within 2 weeks. Custom designed furniture will be delivered in 1-2 weeks after completion in most metropolitan areas. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the close working relationship Franklin Street and our customers have during the design and construction process, custom built or custom designed furniture pieces cannot be returned. Franklin Street works very closely with our custom design clients and in all our years in business have never had a return request for a custom piece.

Merchandise signed for in good condition at time of your receipt of the merchandise is not refundable. Upon request, Franklin Street Furniture will replace your defective merchandise (within 15 days of receipt of your order); however, if conforming merchandise is unavailable Franklin Street may solely determine to provide you a refund.

Our Collection pieces or available items are hand crafted and unique and do require special shipping arrangements. You may return an item with a 50% restocking fee provided you use an approved shipping vendor, the original container and pay for the return shipment.


Prior to returning merchandise to Franklin Street, you must obtain a refund authorization code by contacting, or calling +1 813 223 3490 Franklin Street reserves the right to reject your return if the merchandise is not in the original condition and packaging. You are solely responsible for any further damage to the returned merchandise which may occur during shipment back to Franklin Street. Please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, refund authorization code and e-mail address with you returned merchandise. Returns must be properly packed and sent (at your cost) via UPS, FedEx or DHL to:

The following terms apply to all merchandise:

  • Custom Commissions

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to place a custom order, with the balance and shipping due at completion and prior to delivery. If you fail to pay the final balance and shipping due within 30 days of receipt of invoice, Franklin Street  may charge you additional storage fees.

  • All Other Works

Full payment (taxes and shipping included) are due on placement of order.


  • With respect to merchandise that Franklin Street , its manufacturers or suppliers customize, manufacture or design at your specific request “custom orders”, we will use good faith efforts to customize the custom merchandise to your specifications; however, we cannot guarantee that the customization shall exactly meet your specifications. For example, in the case of goods made by hand or with natural materials, some natural variation will occur from piece to piece. These are not considered defects and will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Lead times are approximate and are not meant to be guarantees of completion or delivery dates.
  • Custom orders are contingent upon you providing Franklin Street  specifications and designs in the format requested by Franklin Street . Additional fees may apply to your custom order, and you agree to pay such fees.




All products offered on this Site are subject to actual availability, even if the Site states that a product is in-stock. Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
